Die casting is a manufacturing process that injects molten metal into steel molds. This type of steel mold is made of high grade steel and can precisely reproduce every part. Currently, Gee Sheng owns 10 sets of diecasting machines. We mainly produce zinc diecastings and aluminum diecastings. Our machine size ranged from 50 tons to 250 tons. We can choose most efficient machine for production based on different product sizes.
