We use high-strength mold steel imported from oversea for our mold cavity. Most common cavity are SKD61 grade with heating process to prolong the mold life. Our mold life is normally more than 1 million shots. In most case, Gee Sheng will be responsible for all mold maintenance cost and will make replacement mold, if necessary. This save a lot of our customer's production cost.

The key success of mold design is the location of injection, the overflow and the cooling water flow. We relied on our experinced staffs to design the mold. In some case, we will aid the design by mold flow analysis.
